Riverford Organic Farmers challenge you to make an “incredible edible’ picture, using up odd bits of veg/fruit, cooked or raw on toast or just on a set size piece of paper. It must be veg, cut up and used how they like – all must be edible with no waste. One lucky winner will receive a large veg box and a veggie recipe book as the prize.
