We invite colleges participating in Planet Earth Games to submit a short case study document highlighting your involvement and impact, plus some compelling images that best capture your experiences.

Your submission should clearly tell the story of:

1. Why You Took Part

Brief context about your college and what you hoped to achieve around sustainability and wellbeing.

2. What You Did

Key activities delivered, who was involved, and how you engaged students and staff.

3. Impact Achieved

Please focus on outcomes rather than activities, including:

Sustainability impact (e.g. carbon reduction, active travel, waste reduction, behaviour change).

Wellbeing impact (e.g. physical activity, mental health benefits, inclusion, leadership development).

Include measurable results, participation numbers, or testimonials where possible.

4. What Changed

What lasting difference has participation made? Has it influenced strategy, culture, or future plans?

POINTS FOR INDIVIDUAL SUBMISSIONS:

10 points for completing a virtual challenge and submitting evidence
20 points for completing a local organised challenge

POINTS FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL GROUP SUBMISSIONS:

How many points can our school win for each challenge?

100 points for your school completing a virtual challenge and submitting evidence
Up to 100 bonus points for providing evidence of participation numbers
Up to 100 bonus points for innovation
