A Social Impact
Planet Earth Games is shortlisted in the Social Impact – Education category alongside Bristol Dodos Cricket Club working with Gloucestershire Cricket Club and University of Exeter Women’s Football Club.

We have been shortlisted due to our work with Youth Sport Trust and Sport England to deliver a green legacy for school sport across England from the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. It consisted of a project working with the School Games network, which reaches around 2.5m young people every academic year. In 2022, we have delivered:
✔ Training workshops for 450 School Games co-ordinators and 43 Active Partnerships
✔ A training module for young leaders in sustainable sport reaching 21,000 schools
✔ “Eco-Friendly” as a new value created by young people to embody the School Games
The award ceremony takes place at Chelsea Football Club on 1 November.
